event will take the form of a short introduction and theoretical
description of systems and processes followed by a description of a process
map and how to create one. Part
of the presentation will involve the preparation of a two- course meal by
the local chef. The delegates will then have the opportunity to create a
process map for themselves using a video of the preparation of the meal. The speakers will be available for
advice and help during this session and then will round up the
presentations in time for the meal to be served. The two-course meal will
consist of a main course and a dessert plus cheese and biscuits. A
vegetarian option will be available. A bottle of wine will be provided per
table for an all-inclusive charge of £5. IQA Speaker
